An evening of ocean-inspired elegance awaits. Join us in Victoria’s Inner Harbour for a refined, family-style long-table dinner hosted by Savour the Wild and BC CrabFest. This exclusive, ticketed experience will welcome 100 guests for an elevated dining experience that celebrates coastal bounty, local producers, and the creative magic of Dungeness Crab — like you’ve never tasted it before.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Victoria’s Inner Harbour, guests will enjoy a striking series of seasonal dishes — thoughtfully prepared and presented in curated “flights” to tables of six – eight. Expect surprises. Expect stories. Expect crab in its most artful and delicious forms.

Savour the Wild: World Class Foraging and Producers

On behalf of Savour The Wild, an adventure dinner series celebrating our region’s world class foraging and producers, Chefs Colton Armstrong-Ashley and Laura McNeely present a family meal in collaboration with BC Crab Co.

From our coastal beaches to deep into our forests, Savour The Wild organizes ambitious, multi-course tasting menus for concerted diners. Specializing in highly-seasonal and regional dishes delivered beautifully in celebration of the people and places behind the ingredients.

Chef Colton

Honing his craft at Fox and Monocle, Marilena, Brentwood Bay Resort, and now Janevca, Chef Colton enthusiastically shares his knowledge with guests through inspired dining experiences. Chef Colton began Savour The Wild in partnership with Creative Director Saman Rezapour to create unforgettable dining experiences in unexpected locations.

Chef Colton has had the privilege of studying under the finest Chefs in our region and has most enjoyed taking every opportunity to learn from our partner farmers, fishmongers, and foragers.

Chef Laura McNeely

Chef Laura McNeely draws from her global experience as a private expedition Chef. Having represented Canada at the World Expo in Dubai and dedicating the last decade to culinary studies, Chef Laura brings precision and care to every dish she puts out.

Recently returning from a month at sea around the Baja Peninsula, Chef Laura is ecstatic to be cooking with our Island’s best products and collaborating with Savour The Wild for another event.
